ItsThatTime LLC began in 2017 with a simple start. Thomas Smith, in realizing just how complicated Medicare could be wrote a little book on the topic, called Medicare, It’s That Time! intended for those who start Medicare, usually at age 65. The book made Medicare easy to understand and was also entertaining to read, because . . . we seniors do like to be entertained!

In the first mailing, the book went out to 200 people about to turn 65. From there, because of the strong reaction, it quickly grew to today where we mail around 50,000 books each month. As of now we've mailed 2,000,000 books in total, and with 11 skilled agents across the USA, we've helped over 10,000 people in total enroll in a Medicare plan.

What stands behind ItsThatTime LLC is a philosophy. We want you to take your time selecting a plan, have all of your questions and concerns answered, and truly understand your Medicare journey. After all, it’s about your health, and your needs as you get older, and few things are as important as that. We are here to make a difference, and to help.

Thomas Smith, President and Lead Healthcare Agent for ItsThatTime LLC calls Medicare his accidental business. With most of his nearly 50-year business career spent in commercial real estate, and in business writing, he originally wrote the Medicare, It’s That Time! book just to help people facing the confusions of Medicare. Thomas soon grew fascinated with Medicare, and with understanding all of its many complexities, twists and turns.

Even more important, Thomas found that Medicare was the ultimate helping people business. So many people who were experts in their own areas of knowhow, looked at Medicare with great bafflement and concern. "It is so important to get it right," Thomas understood, and from that the ItsThatTime LLC Agency was born.

ItsThatTime LLC has grown into a family business with a daughter and son-in-law joining our team of 16 healthcare agents and support staff. Thomas seeks to find constant new ways to innovate with Medicare and provide a service to clients that is second to none.
